Feedback is welcome.  Prior to our first job, we request a sample transcript and a copy of your Personal Dictionary and Include Files, if available.   Comprehensive research.  All proper names and unfamiliar terminology are researched through the internet and our comprehensive library.  Our sources include many state transcript production manuals, Blacks Law Dictionary, The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation, The Gregg Reference Manual (10th edition), Morson's English Guide, as well as other references books recommended by the NCRA. Flagging for easy identification.  Areas or words which are problematic or indeterminate are flagged so that you can easily identify them for your review. Dictionary building.  With each job we always send the Update Area, which includes globaled untrans and mistrans, and conflict resolutions. These can be added to your Personal Dictionary. We never make changes to your Personal Dictionary ourselves. Audio capabilities.  AudioSync, digital recording formats, and microcassette tapes are accepted. Proficiency at reading steno, as well as familiarity with different theories.  We are trained in StenEd, but also familiar with Kislingbury's StenoMaster, Realwrite/Reatime, and Phoenix Theory, as well as popular briefs and phrases which we are continually updating.  As prior court reporting students we are proficient in notereading.
