Services are priced on a per page basis. The total number of pages is calculated after each individual project is completed. The rate per page is determined by reporter translation rates, turnaround time, density of transcript (medical, technical, or expert witness), and word-for-word audio scoping if requested. Turnaround Time Regular turnaround in 5-7 days, as quickly as possible within that time frame:  Regular per page fee. Expedited turnaround in 2-3 days, as quickly as possible within that time frame:  Regular per page fee + 50% per page expedited surcharge. Daily turnaround within 24 hours:   Regular per page fee + 100% per page daily surcharge. Standard Rates Standard Rates are based on a clean file: *      Normal   Expedite   Daily  No audio or audio spot check only  $1.00  $1.50  $2.00 Full Editing with AudioSync or digital files  $1.25  $1.75  $2.50 Editing with casette tapes, microcassette, or video  $1.35  $1.85  $2.60   *A clean file is one which has a 95% trans rate or greater.  A 10% discount will be given to very clean writers.  Transcripts will be evaluated by the scopist before a price quote.   This quote will usually be determined after editing the first 10 or 15 pages of the job.  This will allow the scopist to assess the amount of editing required, and also give the client an opportunity to evaluate our work.  At that time a confirmation e-mail will be sent reviewing turnaround time, price, etc.

Billing

Invoice is sent with your completed document. Payment is required ten (10) days after invoice is received.  Payments made later than thirty (30) days will be subject to a $35 late fee charge, unless prior arrangements have been made. Personal checks are accepted.  For your convenience, MasterCard, American Express, Visa, and Discover Card payments can be made securely through PayPal.
